AQSA World Law Immigration (Pvt.) Ltd. provides immigration consultancy services including but not limited to:

• Study visa applications and guidance
• Immigration and Permanent Residency (PR) services
• Refusal cases and appeals
• Spouse and family visa services
• Legal documentation and advisory services

Our services are provided on a best-effort, advisory basis. While we strive for successful outcomes, final decisions regarding visa applications, immigration status, and approvals rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities, educational institutions, or government agencies.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes and cannot be held liable for decisions made by third-party authorities.

Clients must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Submit genuine and legally obtained documents
• Disclose all relevant information about their immigration history
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all applicable fees and charges as agreed

We are not liable for any consequences arising from omissions, misstatements, or inaccurate information provided by clients.

Service fees, payment terms, and refund policies are defined in individual client agreements. Proof of payment may be required to progress case stages or access certain services.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Additional charges may apply for document processing, expedited services, or third-party fees.

All uploaded documents must be lawful, authorized, and obtained through legal means. We reserve the right to reject, report, or refuse to process any suspicious, fraudulent, or illegally obtained documents.

We implement secure storage practices and maintain audit trails for all case actions and document handling.

Portal access is role-based and restricted to authorized users only. Sharing credentials, unauthorized access, or attempting to bypass security measures is strictly prohibited.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

Our data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, store, and process personal information solely for the purpose of providing immigration services.

All data is stored securely with appropriate security measures and access controls.

AQSA World Law Immigration (Pvt.) Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any decisions made by immigration authorities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in Pakistan.
